A virtual care platform that lets you connect with doctors instantly on any device. MSP-covered visits are available weekdays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
Viva Care
A free virtual care service that allows you to see a doctor 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM PT. Available in English, Cantonese, French, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi, Tagalog, and Urdu.
HealthLink BC
A free health information and advice phone line you can call to speak with a health service navigator, who can help you find health information and services, or connect with a Registered Nurse or other healthcare professionals directly. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in over 130 languages upon request of translation services.
